Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete. Each piece is created by hand using thoughtfully sourced vintage and unusual materials, which means time is needed to select, assemble, and finalize every detail with care. Because each item is made specifically for you, timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the piece and the materials requested.

Yes. Ethical sourcing is a core part of my work. I primarily use vintage, antique, reclaimed, and naturally found materials, which allows me to create new pieces without contributing to modern exploitation, overharvesting, or harm. Many of the objects I work with already carry history and have been carefully preserved or repurposed rather than newly produced.
Any bones, specimens, or organic elements used in my work come from natural passing, vintage collections, or responsible, regulated suppliers who follow ethical and legal standards. No animals are harmed or bred for the purpose of creating my pieces. I do not work with endangered species, protected wildlife, or materials that are illegally obtained.
By choosing existing materials and working with them respectfully, each piece becomes a form of preservation rather than consumption — honoring both the object and its history.

All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure they arrive safely. Each piece is wrapped and secured using protective materials, then placed in a sturdy shipping box to protect delicate and one-of-a-kind items during transit.

Once your custom piece is complete, it will ship within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. I will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Yes. All custom orders are considered final sale. Because each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be replicated or resold, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom work once it has been started or completed.
If there is an issue with damage or an error on my end, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can make it right.

Yes, ready-made (non-custom) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
